Empress of Animals is operated and owned by Karen Koosmann. She has lived in Camarillo for many years. Karen started Empress of Animals because of her sincere passion and love for animals. She has always had a strong loving bond with all animals and out of this love, developed one of the premier organizations for the attention and well-being of all animals.
Karen has had years of experience with a wide array of animals. She has nurtured and raised dogs, cats, rabbits, mice, snakes, iguanas, fish and other domesticated animals. Her longstanding expertise inspired her to start Empress of Animals-her natural calling and lifelong dream.
